If you have not yet received a dispatch notification from Ketodoc shipping department please follow these steps:

- Alternatively, navigate your way to Ketodoc homepage.
- At the top right hand side of the web-page you will see a ‘log-in’ tab.
- Once you have access into your account you may cancel your order.
- If your order has already shipped, please contact the customer support team for advice.
