Suggested testing times:
First test: before breakfast. Ideally allowing one to two hours, to compensate for the naturally occurring glucose rise upon awakening. This will give you your baseline for the day.
Second test: just before your evening meal. Generally ketones will be at their peak.
Insight testing: after eating test at 30, 60 and 120 minute intervals to observe which foods affect your ketone level.
